Nose: Clean, intense, youthful, flower, grape, honey, tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, apricot, peach, orange
Palate: Medium Sweet, low acid, low bod, stone fruit, more pineapple, grape juice

This is sparkling white wine made using the tank method. It is made with the Muscat grape from Piemonte in Northwest Italy. It gives intense floral and fruity flavour that you cannot mistake with any other sparkling wine. The bubbles are typically very small and not aggressive.

Pair this with a chocolate cake, and you will never want any other sparkling wine again.

Quality: Acceptable. Good Value.
