This is super easy and adds texture and light flavour. Goes with Braised Lamb Shank with Zalouk and Cous Cous.

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ Lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tsp cumin seed (crushed)
  • a pinch of crushed chillies

Mix and done! Keep it in the fridge until time to serve.
